ORECCHINI A LAMPADARIO • ARGENTO E GIADA

Dopo due settimane di astinenza da gioiellini eccomi finalmente di nuovo qua a raccontarvi della mia ultima avventura pseudo orafa! Ultimamente non ho proprio avuto tempo di mettere mano su martelli, metalli e pietre: sono stata impegnata con un altro "progetto" lavorativo che purtroppo non è andato a buon fine, ma per fortuna so bene che bisogna sempre trovare e guardare fissi i lati positivi delle cose, perchè ce ne sono sempre, e in questo caso il lato positivo è avere di nuovo tempo. Per fare tante cose tra cui questa, di cui sentivo tantissimo la mancanza!

Ma veniamo a noi... unire il concetto di semplicità al modello di orecchini "a lampadario", tipologia che adoro, non è una cosa immediata. A dirla tutta sembra una questione piuttosto assurda, ma come ho già fatto trapelare da precedenti post la mia missione è proprio quella di semplificare. Tutto! E per farlo ho scarabocchiato delle linee essenziali di argento sterling che vanno anche un po' oltre i bordi, filano via lisce e lineari e non si incasinano tra di loro ma semplicemente si appoggiano l'una sull'altra. A dar loro un tono ci pensano le gocce di giada, in cui sotto la luce si scorge ogni tanto qualche piccolo luccichio.

After two weeks of abstinence from gems I am finally back here to tell you about my latest adventure pseudo goldsmith! Lately I have not had time to put my hand on hammers, metals and stones: I've been busy with another "project" work which, unfortunately, has not been successful, but fortunately I know that I have always to find and look fixed the positives of things, because there are always, and in this case, the positive side is to have time again. To do so many things including this one, which I felt much the lack!
But let us... unite the concept of simplicity to the "chandelier" earrings type, which I'm in love, is not an immediate thing. To be honest it seems a rather absurd, but as I have already leaked from the previous post my mission is just to simplify. All! And to do that I scribbled clean lines of sterling silver that go a little over the edges, smooth and linear spin away and not messing with each other but simply rely on one another. To give them a tone we think the drops of jade, which can be seen under the light every so often a little shimmer.
